Applicants/guarantors certify that they have not omitted any information whatsoever about their juridical, financial, or banking situation, which could modify the risk evaluation, in particular, applicants/guarantors declare that their signatures are in accordance to their legally recognized signatures, and that they aren’t forbidden to use checks or credit cards. Making false statements leads to the cancellation of the loan application, with costs to be supported by applicants.
Bank of Portugal’s Authorization: Unión de Créditos Inmobiliários, S.A. – Establecimiento Financiero de Crédito (Sociedade Unipessoal) Sucursal em Portugal (U.C.I.) is authorized to request from Banco de Portugal applicants information and data, confirm the data provided and to request all information concerning the applicant’s financial responsibilities, supporting all the costs.
Applicants/guarantors allow UCI to transmit Real Estate Agents involved, the approval or refusal of the mortgage request. Applicants/guarantors authorize the Real Estate Agents involved to send UCI personal data, and authorize the submission of documentation that is intended exclusively for the study of the mortgage request by UCI.
